Terry day one, July sixth, 2026





(07/06/26) - I started Terry today, 17 grams of flour, 17 of water. I accidentally put too much water, so I had to add some more flour to even it out. He is 34 grams. Obviously no activity yet, it should take around two-ish weeks to start being really active





(07/13/26) - Terry is dead. He grew mold. I will do more research into preventing mold from growing on sourdough starter and start Terry Jr. one day. Until then, we shall mourn the loss of Terry the Sourdough Starter. (Cue the sad music.)
